BG Coffee Guide aims to be your resource for finding great coffee in Bulgaria. Regardless of whether you are local or a guest visiting the country, I want you to have a great coffee experience. It is my way to give back to the amazing community.

Coffee shops always remind me of my favorite part of any open-world role-playing game - the moment when you get to a new city and enter its tavern.
A magical place where time seems to stand still. But they are so much more than this. They are the places we nowadays work from, where we meet with friends, make new ones, and where we participate as part of the broader community.

As a full-time employee at a Customer Experience team for a major company in the HR industry you can often find me working from a coffee shop.
BG Coffee Guide is a passion project born out of my love for coffee and the people involved.
My coffee journey began almost 7 years ago when I attended a home-barista course. I was so fascinated by what I tasted in the cup, that I bought my first pour-over - the mighty Chemex, right then and there.
It’s been a love story ever since.
I am curious about coffee, so I stay up-to-date and educated on the latest news and trends.
Recently, I won 1st place 🥇in the Bulgarian Aeropress Championship - a very proud moment in my coffee journey.
